Shipping is free on US orders of $100 and up. Orders below that are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your address.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time after that depends on your location, typically 3 to 7 business days within the continental US.

We work with distributors in several countries, and buying locally is usually faster and cheaper than shipping from the US. See our distributor list to find one near you.

Email support@geniusgames.org as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped we can't modify it, but you can return it under our policy.

You have 30 days from purchase to return an unused item in its original packaging. Full details are on our return policy page.

It varies by title. Every product page lists a recommended age, from around 4 and up for our puzzles through to teen and adult strategy games.

No. The games are designed to be fun first. The science comes through play rather than requiring any background knowledge going in.
